This site is the personal website of Greg Freeman. This policy explains what information is collected here and how it is handled. It is written in plain language and is not legal advice.
What I collect
- Form submissions. When you use the contact, newsletter or resource forms, I collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, role and message.
- Newsletter email. If you request the checklist or subscribe, your email is collected so I can send Without Prejudice and the resource you asked for.
- Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics, which collects standard, aggregated data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and how you arrived. This is used to understand what is useful, not to identify you personally.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting the core content of the site.
How your information is used
- To respond to enquiries you send me
- To deliver resources you request, such as the IME brief checklist
- To send Without Prejudice if you have subscribed
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Analytics data is held by Google. I do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Your choices
- You can ask me what information I hold about you, and ask me to delete it.
- Newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe option once the newsletter is sent from a dedicated platform. In the meantime you can ask to be removed at any time.
